Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please be sure to give us at least 48 working hours’ notice so that we can offer the appointment to someone else.

If you don’t give at least 48 working hours’ notice and we are not able to make use of the time with another patient, the practice reserves the right to make a charge of £200 for each hour of the dentist’s time wasted.

A deposit will be taken when booking the appointment. This deposit is only refundable if the appointment is cancelled or moved prior to the 48 working hours’ notice. As an example, a Monday appointment will need to be cancelled or moved on the Thursday before the appointment.
